SCJ Update to Consolidated Provincial Practice Directions re: Guidelines to Determine the Mode of Proceeding (Criminal, Family, and Civil)

Please see the Memorandum from Chief Justice Geoffrey B. Morawetz dated January 24, 2024 outlining the upcoming changes to
the Consolidated Provincial Practice Directions re: Guidelines to Determine the Mode of Proceeding (Criminal, Family, and Civil).

The updated notices are also available on the SCJ website here: https://www.ontariocourts.ca/scj/practice/provincial-practice-directions/ 

These changes are in effect as of today, February 1, 2024.
