GoodLife Teen Fitness Program (now until Sept. 4, 2023)

GoodLife Fitness offers a FREE Teen Fitness Program each summer. This program is currently available immediately, until Monday, September 4, 2023.

Beginning in 2010, GoodLife’s Teen Fitness Program has provided a fun and safe place for teens to exercise during the summer months, helping them to build healthy exercise habits for their physical and mental fitness beyond their teen years.

Details regarding registration:

  • Parents/Legal Guardians do not need to have a GoodLife Fitness membership for their teens to participate in this program.
  • The program is available to teens age 12 to 17 years old.
  • A parent or legal guardian must first register their teen(s) for the program online at teenfitness.ca
  • Once the online registration portion is complete, a parent or legal guardian will go to a club with their teen(s) to complete the registration process and pick up the teen’s membership key tag. Once complete, teens will be able to attend clubs on their own to work out during program hours, until Monday, September 4, 2023.
