Membership Benefits

 

Free legal research services provided to PLA members! Submit your research request to PLA staff today. Non-members will be charged a fee for legal research services. (Note: Fees may be applicable for in-depth research requests)

Having trouble searching for case law or precedents? Send a legal research request to PLA staff today! This service is provided free of charge to all PLA Members (Note: Fees may be applicable for in-depth research).

Click here to submit a research request to PLA staff.

Non-Members are welcome to submit a research request as well, but will be charged a fee for legal research services. Send in a request and staff will provide you with the estimated cost for your research request.

 


Not a member, but looking to become one? Please follow the link for the Membership Form and Fees. You may also contact the PLA Library Staff by email, and they will be happy to assist you. It only takes moments to join, and the PLA Library Staff can process memberships on the spot. Once payment is received, you can take advantage of all your PLA Membership Benefits, including discounts on CPD programs and social events.

As a friendly reminder, the Peel Law Association Library, Lawyers' Lounge and related services are open to all lawyers who are in good standing with the LSO, articling students, and LPP candidates.

Sign books out from the library. PLA Members can sign-out up to three items from the library for a period of seven days! (Note: Overdue fees applicable for late late returns.)

Looking for a book to read during the upcoming long weekend? Take advantage of your membership with the Peel Law Association and stop by the library to sign out some books.

Check out our New Books list posted in the Members' Corner to see what books we have acquired so far during this calendar year.
