PLA Annual General Meeting and Election (March 6, 2024)

Join us for the Peel Law Association's 2024 Annual General Meeting

March 6, 2024
5:00 PM (SHARP)
Mississauga Grand Banquet Hall (35 Brunel Road, Mississauga)

Join us as we:

  • Review the Audited Financial Statements and the 2024 Budget
  • Conduct our election of directors (see documents below for further details)
  • Vote on whether paralegals should be members of the PLA

Attendance at the meeting portion of the evening is FREE to all 2024 PLA Members!

PLA Membership fees for 2024 must be paid in advance of the AGM in order for Nominations to be valid.

PLA's Group Registration to the LSO's 18th Family Law Summit - 50% Discount

GROUP REGISTRATION FOR THE LAW SOCIETY OF ONTARIO'S

18TH FAMILY LAW SUMMIT (WEBCAST)

The PLA is pleased to announce that we have enough people signed up for the group registration to allow us to receive the 50% discount.

The program is scheduled for Wednesday, March 20 & Thursday, March 21, 2024 (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

Registration is only available to 2024 PLA Members.

The group registration fee is $296.63 for each individual.

NOTE: Each person registering will be charged a $10 PLA administrative fee.


If you are interested, please email us at library@plalawyers.ca with the information listed below:

  • full name,
  • email address,
  • and licensee number

Once we receive your email, PLA staff will send you an electronic invoice via Square. Please make sure to check you spam/junk folder if you do not see the invoice in your inbox. Payments will have to be received by Monday, March 4, 2024, at 4:00 PM.

You will receive links to the webinar and materials from the LSO after the PLA has completed the group registration process.
