Litigation: Beyond the Basics | 3 Part Series Demystifying the (Not So) Mysterious, Including Views from The Bench


Join the Peel Law Association for our next CPD, Litigation: Beyond the Basics 3 Part Series Demystifying the (Not So) Mysterious, Including Views from The Bench.

Part One - Interlocutory Injunctions will be held on January 25, 2018. This program will provide 1.5 Hours toward the Law Society of Ontario Continuing Professional Development requirements.

Part Two - Rule 20 vs. Rule 21 will be held on February 8, 2018. This program will provide 1.5 Hours toward the Law Society of Ontario Continuing Professional Development requirements.

Part Three - Common Law Duty of Good Faith will be held on March 1, 2018. This program will provide 1.5 Hours toward the Law Society of Ontario Continuing Professional Development requirements.

If you would like to attend the CPD simply download the form, and submit it to the PLA via email or fax (905-451-3137) with your name and phone number. You may pay over the phone with VISA or MasterCard, or visit the PLA Library, and make your payment in person. Remember, PLA Members receive a discount to attend all CPDs.
