How to use the PLA Find-a-Lawyer Database.

You can access the PLA Find-a-Lawyer database by using the search boxes above, which allow you to search by the name of the lawyer, the city that lawyer's office is located in, practice areas and/or languages spoken at the lawyers' office. Once you've selected the information you wish to search, you will see a list of lawyer's who fall under those selections. If the lawyer accepts legal aid in either criminal law, family law, or immigration law, it will be indicated in that lawyers' profile.

For example, if you wanted to search for a family lawyer located in Brampton, type in Brampton and select Family Law, and then select search. This will bring you to a list of lawyers who practice family law in Brampton.
If you wish to learn more information about a particular lawyer, such as contact numbers click on the view full profile button.

Another way to search through the PLA Find-a-Lawyer database, is to click on the link above (Consult a Peel Lawyer), and it will take you to the full listing of all of the lawyers on the database.

Note: Please keep in mind the narrower the search, the less results may appear. If your search results in no listings, tryiusing less search terms.
