LSO's INTENSIVE CHILD PROTECTION TRAINING PRIMER 2023 (LIVE WEBCAST)

While the Peel Law Association provides many useful CPD courses in family law (and other areas) and has an active Family Law Section, we recognize the value to our members of participating in the Law Society of Ontario’s Intensive Child Protection Training Primer 2023. Discounts are available for group registrations. The amount of the discount can be as low as 20% or as high as 50%, depending on how many are in the group.

The program is scheduled for Thursday, November 2, 2023 & Friday, November 3, 2023 (9:00 AM - 4:30 PM). Here is the link to information about the program.

The PLA is offering to sign up 2023 PLA Members as a group to attend the live webcast of the Intensive Child Protection Training Primer 2023.

The regular fee is $333.35 (including HST). We are hopeful there will be more than 11 members interested, reducing the cost to $166.68 each. (Discounts of 20% to 35% are provided if there are fewer in the group.) NOTE: Each person registering will be charged a $10 PLA administrative fee.

If you are interested, please email us at library@plalawyers.ca by 4:00 PM on Friday, September 15, 2023, making a commitment to this program by providing us with the following information:

  • Name (first and last)
  • Email address
  • Licensee number

We will calculate the discount and send a notice of the amount payable to those who have committed. Payments will have to be received by 4:00PM on Friday, October 13, 2023. If you commit to this, we ask that you honour this commitment regardless of how big the discount turns out to be.

You will receive links to the webinar and materials from the LSO.
