Updated SCJ Consolidated Provincial Practice Direction effective as of today, June 15, 2023

This is a friendly reminder that as of today, June 15, 2023, the updated Consolidated Provincial Practice Directions are now in effect. The PLA sent an email out to all members regarding these changes on May 31, 2023 and posted a notice on our website. We also included the upcoming changes in our latest issue of Peel Briefs published on June 1, 2023.

In case you missed those notices, please see the Memorandum from Chief Justice Geoffrey B. Morawetz dated May 30, 2023 outlining the changes.
