Counter Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Please have your Law Society of Ontario photo identification card ready for presentation when entering the building.
NOTE: The swipe/photo identification cards provided by the Peel Law Association WILL NOT be accepted at the front entrance to the Brampton Courthouse. The PLA swipe cards are only meant to provide access to the PLA facilities which includes the robing rooms, lounge area and library.
If you or someone you know is visiting the courthouse and assistance is required, we have been advised that accessible parking has been placed as close to the building as possible. For those with walking aids or who have other accommodation needs, please contact the Accessibility Coordinator prior to visiting the courthouse to discuss specific accommodation needs.

Daily Court Lists
1) The Daily Lists for the Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice can be accessed online at ontariocourtdates.ca.
2) Scroll down to bottom and select "I Agree" under the Terms and Conditions and then click on the Enter button. You will be brought to the form shown in the sample image below.
3) Choose Court - Select the type of court (Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice or Both), to display.
4) Select Municipality where the court resides.
5) Select Case Type/Line of Business to search - this will vary depending on the Municipality chosen.
6) Court Location - this will vary depending on the Municipality chosen.
7) Click Submit.

PLA Access and Photo Identification Cards
PLA Access cards are required in order to access the PLA Facilities, which include the robing rooms, Lounge and Library.

Staff will be available to create new PLA Access cards between the hours of 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Once staff receive your form, they will send you an email confirmation and also ask you to provide an approximate date and time you will come in to take your photo and pick-up your card.
Kindly note, if you have never made a PLA Access card before, the first card will be made free of charge. Replacement cards will be made for a fee of $25.00 (includes HST).
NOTE: PLA Access Cards are NOT membership cards and do not provide the user with Membership Benefits. PLA Access Cards ONLY PROVIDE ACCESS to the PLA Facilities.
Law Society of Ontario Photo ID Cards
Kindly note that PLA Access and Photo Identification Cards are not always accepted by Courthouse security.
Please make sure to apply for your Law Society of Ontario Photo ID card and bring that with you to allow you to bypass the public security line. Please note that expired cards have been known to be rejected by Courthouse security as well.
