On April 9, 2026, the Court of Appeal, in partnership with the Ministry of the Attorney General, has launched the Ontario Court of Appeal Public Portal.
Unless the Court directs otherwise, parties must file electronic materials through the portal. The Court’s previous email address for filing electronic materials is no longer active and parties cannot use it to submit material to the Court.
The portal can also be used by the public and media to search and view information, including accessing Zoom webinar hearing links. For the time being, this search feature is available for civil cases filed on or after August 22, 2022. It is not yet available for criminal or family law cases.
The Court’s practice directions have been amended accordingly.
